This Privacy Policy explains how RT: Upsells & Add-ons (by Revenza Techies) handles data when installed on your Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

                  No Customer Data Collected: We do not track, collect, or store any personal information from your customers (no names, emails, addresses, phones, or payment details).
                

We only access the minimal store details needed to install and run the app:

Shop Details: Store domain (.myshopify.com), store name, and email (for installation & communication).
API Access Token: Granted by Shopify to securely embed and run the app on your store.
Product Catalog: Product IDs, titles, variants, and prices (to display upsell offers).
Your App Settings: Upsell rules, bundles, and design preferences you configure in the dashboard.

2. How We Use the Information

We use store information solely to:

Enable and display upsell offers and widgets on your store.
Save your design, bundle, and trigger configurations.
Provide merchant customer support and app updates.

We never sell your data, build customer profiles, or use your products for third-party advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell or monetize your information. We only interact with:

Shopify: Using official Shopify APIs to deliver widgets and process billing.
Law Enforcement: Only if strictly required by applicable legal regulations.

4. Customer Privacy & GDPR / CCPA Compliance

Because we do not store customer records, your shoppers' personal data remains completely safe. We fully support Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks:

Customer Data Request (customers/data_request): Acknowledged immediately; we confirm zero customer records exist.
Customer Data Deletion (customers/redact): Acknowledged immediately; no customer data is kept to delete.
Shop Deletion (shop/redact): When you uninstall the app, all your store settings are permanently wiped within 48 hours.

5. Security & Retention

Encryption: All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS/TLS connections.
Retention: Your settings are kept only while the app is installed. Upon uninstall, data is erased in line with Shopify standards.
